For lawyers who work with data

The case file that computes the case — and supports every figure.

Halyard-Lex is the case file that says, before proceedings are issued, what the case is worth — and where every figure comes from. Every figure carries its source reference, the number of cases behind it and its provenance. Where no case law supports it, it is marked as an assumption — not as a percentage.

A file, not an email thread

Recurring proceedings run in one matter: facts, deadlines, pleadings, approval. Not in twelve folders and an inbox.

Supported, not asserted

Every finding carries its source reference, the time it was retrieved and an audit trail. Computed is not supported. Supported is not asserted.

Deciding on an open basis

Proceed, settle or drop — with a corridor, assumptions and approval state. Legal assessment remains with the instructed lawyer. The file shows what it rests on.

One structure, several areas of law

The case file stays the same; the review criteria change with the area of law. Modules exist where matters recur.

Commonhold and refurbishment

Challenges to owners' resolutions, the German Buildings Energy Act (GEG) and the 2020 commonhold reform (WEMoG) — from the notice of meeting to the decision, with evidence and flag. The same case file as in the other areas.

Commonhold module

Unfair competition and ESG claims

Recurring warning-letter and litigation routes in the same file. The review criteria change; the structure stays.

Who Halyard-Lex is built for

Halyard-Lex is built for lawyers who run recurring proceedings systematically and want to give traceable reasons for economic decisions. Modules exist where matters recur — commonhold, refurbishment, unfair competition and ESG claims. The case file stays the same.

Halyard-Lex provides a traceable basis for work and for decisions. Legal assessment and approval remain with the instructed lawyer. Results are not an assurance of how proceedings will end.

Halyard-Lex is not yet open to the public.

Access is granted only after personal approval. Leave your details on the waiting list and we will write to you when we take on further firms with recurring proceedings.
